Strength and Conditioning
St. Thomas Aquinas High School's Strength and Conditioning programs empower students earn the distinction that Trojans Never Yield.
STA's program begins in the weight room, where our Strength and Conditioning coach uses physical exercise to teach students that growth comes from pushing through discomfort to face and overcome challenges, both on and off the field.. The goal is to build character and discipline that extends beyond the fitness center into daily life.
Students can engage with our Strength and Conditioning programs through athletics-sponsored activities, physical education classes, and the after-school fitness program.
