Thanksgiving Food and Turkey Drive (Oct-Nov)
Students are asked to bring the following food items to Room 106: cranberry sauce, gravy, stuffing mix, instant potatoes, canned soup, canned veggies, macaroni, peanut butter, powdered milk, dried beans, tuna fish, etc. The student signs in with Campus Ministry. There will also be a designated period of time at the end of the collection period for frozen turkeys to be dropped off. All donations go to help the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry in Perth Amboy, NJ.

Christmas Food Drive (Nov-Dec)
Students are asked to bring in non-perishable food items to room 106, and should sign-in with Campus Ministry. All donations go to support the Baskets for the Needy organization, founded and run by STA Alums Amarilis (’18) and Anali (’21) Rodriguez.

Used Clothing Drive

The used clothing drive will take place in early spring (check the calendar for dates). Start saving your clothes, including shoes, clothes, belts, stuffed animals, etc. Place these items in extra large and sturdy garbage bags. They do not have to be sorted or labeled.

Christmas Angels Project

Each year, STA supports Catholic Charities in helping to bring Christmas joy to families in need within our local communities. Every year we ‘adopt’ several families. Students are given ‘wishlists’ for the family members, and in their theology classes, we collect and wrap presents for those in need.

Pro-Life Drive

In January, STA will be collecting items to support the Good Counsel Homes Pregnancy Center, which serves mothers and babies in need of support and care. Students can bring the following new items to room 106: toiletries for mom (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner), Diapers (larger sizes, 3, 4, 5+), Baby Wipes, Newborn clothing -- both genders, Crib sheets, Feeding Pillows, Strollers/Car Seats, Robes, Baby Formula , Baby Bottles, Burp Cloths, Breast pumps, Bibles, Bed in Bag (Twin Size), and Pillows.
