On Friday, May 30, the Counseling Department proudly hosted the annual College and Career Fair for our juniors under the inspiring theme, “It’s About the Journey.” Recognizing that many students are still discovering which path to take, this event was designed to equip them with the tools, guidance, and resources necessary to explore their options confidently and prepare for success in college and beyond.
Students engaged with over a dozen career professionals spanning fields from journalism and graphic design to finance and pharmacy, offering a firsthand look at diverse industries and the opportunities within them. The fair also welcomed representatives from more than a dozen colleges including San Diego State University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Moravian College, Xavier University, and Pennsylvania College of Art and Design who shared insights on college life, programs, and admissions.
A special highlight was the return of numerous STA alumni who came back to speak with students, sharing their journeys, challenges, and successes after graduation. Their stories demonstrate how faith, knowledge, and love combine to illuminate the path ahead.
Though some students are still deciding their futures, St. Thomas Aquinas High School stands beside them in support, ensuring every Trojan is prepared for the journey that lies ahead, no matter the path they choose or the timing of their decision.
