Immaculate Conception a Reminder of God's Plan Each of Us

Today, the St. Thomas Aquinas community gathered to celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception with a special school Mass. This solemn occasion honors Mary’s conception without sin, a pivotal moment in salvation history.

In his homily, Fr. David Keyes reflected on how God had a plan for Mary from the moment of her conception—a plan that would ultimately bring the Savior into the world. He reminded us that just as Mary’s life was filled with purpose, God has a unique plan for each one of us.

Fr. Keyes encouraged students, faculty, and staff to trust in God’s guidance and remain open to His calling, even when the path ahead seems uncertain.

Moments like these are at the heart of our mission at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where faith shapes our learning and strengthens our community. May we all carry the hope and trust exemplified by Mary into our daily lives.
