Math & World Language Placement Test Information for Incoming Students
Posted on 05/02/2022

If you are interested in a higher placement in Math or World Language for your child, an optional assessment test in each discipline will be administered at the school.

If you are satisfied with your child’s placement in Math and/or World Language, your child should not take a test. If your child has never studied French, Italian, Latin or Spanish, do not register him/her for the World Language test. Placement into Honors World Language will be determined by the Entrance Test.

If you register your child for either or both tests, he/she should bring the following to the test: 2 number 2 pencils, a scientific or graphing calculator (no cell phone calculators are permitted) and the attached questionnaire for the Math Department.

The test schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, June 1:  4:30 P.M.  Math Testing

                                        6:45 P.M. World Language Testing

Thursday, June 2:   8:00 A.M.  Math Testing

                                    10:15 A.M.  World Language Testing

The Math testing will end two hours after the starting time. The World Language testing will end one hour after the starting time.

Enter the school through the Main Doors. No parent will be allowed in the testing area with his/her child.

YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE FOR ANY OF THE TESTING SESSIONS HERE: Placement Test Sign Ups
