For the second year in-a-row, the STA Satoma Newsmagazine has earned 1st Place with Special Merit from the American Scholastic Press Association for its special and outstanding design and content. It was one of only 30 schools in the United States to receive this award. In addition, Satoma earned an award for outstanding section for its coverage of national and international news.
