Posted on 05/10/2022
Tyler Kadi, this year's STA-NJSIAA Scholar Athlete, has been what a true role model should be: a leader. A leader not only in the classroom and on the field, but a leader in where it counts most, in life.

Tyler has achieved numerous lofty accomplishments. He is a member of the Math, Spanish, and National Honors Societies and has earned a spot on the distinguished Honors and Principal’s list every year in high school. Tyler has been a two-time GMC Champion and a three-time Division Champion for Basketball. For Baseball, Tyler was selected in the GMC Underclassman All-Star Game, Quad County All-Star Game, First Team GMC All-Blue Division, and was Voted Top Freshman in the State of NJ.

Tyler has also been awarded a community service award by the school twice for having volunteered over 500 service hours, a true testament for his care for the community. Tyler is a captain on the St. Thomas Aquinas Baseball Team and is currently a Peer Leader at the school, guiding freshmen toward success in high school.

Tyler hopes to not only continue his path throughout his time in college, but to continue to do so in his everyday life. Join us in congratulating him and wishing him the best in all his endeavours!
