Welcome to St. Thomas Aquinas Girls Volleyball

STA Girls Volleyball is built on energy, teamwork and a commitment to competing at a high level. From the first serve to the final point, our Trojans understand that success comes from trusting one another, communicating and competing together.

Our student-athletes train in an environment that challenges them to develop their skills, strengthen their game and become confident competitors. Every player has a role, and every point is an opportunity for the team to come together and represent St. Thomas Aquinas with pride.

Volleyball moves fast—and strong teams learn to move as one. At STA, our players develop the communication, discipline and resilience needed to respond under pressure and compete through every point.

Practices are designed to build individual skills while creating the chemistry and trust that make a team successful. Players push one another to improve, celebrate each other's successes and learn that the strongest results come when everyone is working toward the same goal.

Whether competing for a championship, developing for the next level or stepping onto the court as a Trojan for the first time, our student-athletes become part of a program where effort matters, teammates matter and the team comes first.

Supported by dedicated coaches, teachers, teammates and the One Trojan Family, our student-athletes have an environment where they can pursue ambitious academic and athletic goals, develop as leaders and prepare for the opportunities ahead.
