Transcript Request for Alumni

The Office of Counseling Services provides the service of sending out both official and unofficial copies of transcripts.

Official transcripts will be sent directly to other educational institutions, businesses, military offices, requesting employers, or job placement agencies only. There is a $5.00 fee for this service. Please fully complete the online form and payment.

Unofficial transcripts may be requested and sent out to individuals in the same manner. There is no fee for this service.
