Students are selected by faculty and staff for demonstrating qualities that reflect the true spirit of STA, including:

• Academic effort and growth

• Character and leadership

• Respect for others and commitment to our school community

These students set a positive example for their peers and contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment across campus.

Faculty/Staff Member of the Month

This recognition is driven by student nominations. It gives students the opportunity to celebrate the teachers, staff members, and administrators who make a meaningful difference in their educational experience.

Honorees are individuals who:

• Inspire and motivate students

• Create a positive and supportive classroom or work environment

• Lead with kindness, professionalism, and respect

Together, these monthly honors highlight the people who enrich daily life at STA and strengthen our One Trojan Family.
