“Let no one have contempt for your youth, but set an example for those who believe, in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity” - 1 Timothy, 4: 12. It is these qualities that the Diocese of Metuchen sought out when selecting recipients of this year’s St. Timothy Award. St. Thomas Aquinas High School was blessed to have three recipients from among its students: Joseph Dunn ’20, Bethany Ciccarelli ’20, and Marianne Razzano ’21 who was nominated by Parish of the Visitation, New Brunswick.

The young adults who received the St. Timothy Award were nominated by their school or parish because they are leaders, are actively involved, live as a disciple of Christ, set a positive example for other youth, and demonstrate Gospel values through spirituality, prayer, and service to others.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized for the work I've done and the impact it's had on others!" said Bethany Ciccarelli. "It's such an honor to receive such an amazing award.  God continues to inspire me to put my lamp on a lamp stand instead of hiding it under a basket, added Joey Dunn

Congratulations to Bethany, Joey, and Marianne for being strong examples of faith-filled and dynamic young adults!
